Dual purpose hop with intense earthy and faint citrus character. Use in American ales. Often referred to as CTZ hops, CTZ stands for Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus.
 
Typical alpha: 14.0-16.0%. Very pungent aroma, clean bittering properties. Great in American pale ale and IPA.
