Avangard Vienna Malt is made of finest two row spring barley grown in the most prominent regions such as Germany, France, Denmark and England. Avangard Vienna Malt is a base malt that results in full bodied, golden-colored, and smooth tasting beers. Primarily used for German Lagers (Vienna/Marzen, Maibock, Amber Lager, Oktoberfest) but also good to add to a recipe for some extra color and complexity. Can be used up to 100% in a recipe but on average it is used at 10-20%.   5L
